In this quick video, I’ll share a core progression move you can do to help develop strength through the low transverse abdominis – your low core. Developing this part of the core should be stabilize the lumbar spine, so it’s excellent to do if you struggle with minor chronic back pain. You can easily incorporate this move into your yoga practice for some extra stability and strength building.
