My name is Mrs. Honeybee and I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation in my classroom for almost 20 years! 🐝🙂 Since introducing mindfulness, my students have become more calm, attentive, and overall better learners. I am on a mission to bring mindfulness to kids all around the world! To make it engaging I incorporate things like Fortnite, Pokemon, Aladdin, Frozen, Spongebob, and more stuff that kids love 🙂 🙂💖

💖 Learn more about me and my mission:
I have been an elementary teacher for 19 years and have a BS in Psychology, certification in Elementary Education, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. I’ve been teaching mindfulness for years in my classroom with a lot of smiles and success! With all the new technology & distractions kids face in 2019, mindfulness is needed now more than ever. Instead of just influencing the 25 students in my class with mindfulness, I am excited for the opportunity to bring it to the world!
