Quick advanced beginner step workout that’s easy to follow, especially for first time steppers. Great if you’re short on time. Anyone can do this step aerobics workout. Warm-up is wrapped into the main workout, then boost metabolism, work your core, build lean muscle, and get nice and sweaty. Quick power cardio bursts are included throughout the workout. You can join in on the power bursts, or keep it low impact.

This workout was filmed at 130bpm. I used a simple beat track in the background to keep us on track.
