70 MINUTE WORKOUT |STEP AEROBICS | 3 COMBINATIONS + 3 CARDIO INTERVALS + UPPER BODY FOCUS | AFT
Try my latest full length step aerobics workout with 3 heart pumping sweaty step combination and 3 cardio interval push sections all done in a short amount of time right at home. Choose 40 minutes of step aerobics consisting of 3 basic step combinations and 3 step cardio intervals and finish with a cool down and stretch OR continue on with 23 minutes of upper body strength training and ending with a cool down and stretch. This workout is easy to follow, and super effective for those wishing to gain strength, endurance, and burn a lot of calories.
Warm-up is wrapped into the main workout, then boost metabolism, shape your lower body (butt and thighs), build lean muscle, and get nice and sweaty all while having fun. You can join in on the power burst intervals or keep it low impact.
