Knee Problems? VidII-Moderate Hip Hop Aerobics/FatBurn workout!



I currently have major knee pain due to an injury a few years ago. I have been told by doctors that I am too young for a knee replacement but if I lose weight I can receive a lateral osteotomy. Trying to find workouts that give me the burn I want without further injury has been a hassle so I decided to create my own workouts and share them with my KPfam (knee Problem). Follow my transformation and I hope I can inspire you to workout with me. Maximize the amount of calories burned by using 2lb-5lb hand weights during every exercise and MOVE THOSE ARMS!
