This video is my first workout since I had my Achilles Tendon Rupture surgery. I went to Friday night lights last night and was inspired by everyone doing The Crossfit Open 19.4 workout.

Here’s what I did.
10 rounds – 30 sec sprint Assault bike, 1:30 min rest ( during rest , Alt max pushups and shoulder presses)
