Description

This is a 20 minute EMOM Workout (Every Minute On the Minute)

You will switch exercises every minute for 6 minutes, and then rest for 1 minute. This will complete 1 round.

Here is a breakdown of the workout:

Minute 1: Jump Rope

Minute 2: 10 Kettlebell Swings

Minute 3: Jump Rope

Minute 4: 10 Goblet Squats

Minute 5: Jump Rope

Minute 6: 10 Oblique Crunches (each side)

Rest 1 Minute

I recommend completing 3 rounds for a 20 minute workout. You can choose to perform any type of jump rope move and even increase the intensity by doing Double Unders.
