MY BODYBUILDING STORY:
I have always struggled with gaining weight. Most people say it’s a blessing but after 34 years, I done with being skinny. So I did lots of research into dieting, weight training and mental exercises to help me lift more, build more and feel better. My best tip for someone who’s looking to gain weight it is to EAT!!! Eat good food every two hours and drink loads of water. The only way to beat a fast metabolism is to feed it and when you’re working out, you’re burning even more calories than you already were. So feed yourself good food, work hard, SLEEP GOOD and stay positive. It takes 28 days to build a habit, so if you can get yourself in to a good routine of eating, working out and sleeping good then you’ll meet your goals in no time. EAT!!! If you want more workout tips, feel free to ask or look up “bodybuilding tips” on YouTube and you’ll find lots of helpful workouts.
