“Air Force” – Complete for time:
20 Thrusters
20 SDHP
20 Push Jerks
20 OHS
20 Front Squats.
At the beginning of every minute, you must do 4 burpees.
M:95#/W:65#

Jerry – 13:55, 75# bar
Eric – 12:51, 95# bar

My legs were thrashed by the overhead squats. Next time, I’ll take a minute rest after push jerks and do the Rx’d weight of 95#.
