This HIIT MUSIC track will take your High Intensity Interval Training to an even HIGHER level! You will be guided through your workout with vocal cues of 30 second of work and a 20 second rest.

The vocal cues on this release will lead you right through your Tabata Workout. Tabata training is a type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and includes doing one drill eight times at an ALL OUT effort for 30 full seconds. The rest period between each 30 second push is 10 full seconds. It’s important to note that the 10-seconds of recovery should be complete rest. If you can still stay active during your 20 second recovery… you didn’t go hard enough. Good luck and have fun with your Tabata training!
