CrossFit WOD – 18 min AMRAP



CrossFit Crestview, FL gives a great example of an 18 min AMRAP in a typical class. We first warmed up and stretched generously before this and worked on a 10 rep heavy overhead squat as technique/strength work beforehand. I was covering this class for another coach and decided to post.

The WOD was
18 min AMRAP
15/12 calorie row (200m run option)
15 wall balls 20/14 lbs
12 dumbbell snatch (50/35lbs)
9 tows to bar

Our best athlete was able to do 6 rounds with the running. I only achieved 5 rounds with a rower. If you try this workout let us know what you think and how many rounds + reps you got!!
