Hey guys, thanks for tuning in. Today’s WOD was pretty intense!

Deadlift 5 X 12 building up to 60% max
Metcon: “Renegade”
For time
10!1 (Working from 10 reps to 1)
Strict pull-up
Push-ups
Double unders (30 per round)!

This metcon consists of 10 rounds starting with 10 strict pull-ups, 1 push-up, then 30 DUs. As you move from round to round you do 1 less pull-up and 1 more push-up until the end.

This nearly killed me but I know you can keep up!
