It was time to go train with Obi after he came down and tried out rowing for the first time with me! Obi suggested we do the first workout from the Crossfit Games Open this year which was 19 cals onm the rowing machine and 19 wall balls, that’s one round and you try to do as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

I knew I had an advantage on the erg but the question was how hard hard would I find the wall balls! I had a slight incling of what I was in for but as with any workout that you are going for max reps in a time period you can make it as easy or as difficult as you want! I will let you decide what I chose!
