LET'S WORKOUT #1: CROSSFIT STYLE CHALLENGE

I decided to debut a potential mini-series, “Let’s Workout!” where I post great, full body, and challenging workouts for you guys to follow along with at home. I am a nationally certified fitness instructor and I love helping others achieve their own fitness goals! I can post new challenges regularly depending on feedback! Right now I don’t have a gym membership, so this proves that if you have a little extra space and a lot of creativity you can still do amazing workouts and get the results you’re looking for! For this workout you need a raised and stable surface you trust to jump on, a kettle bell, a bar/some sort of weight you can carry for squats,… and that’s it! (Sorry if I look dead I filmed this AFTER I’d already done it so doing everything for a couple more reps was actually the worst)

If you’re new to working out, try halving the amount of sets and build up to full! Nothing wrong with starting small and getting stronger! 🙂

Full Workout (with modifications):
1/2 mile warm up
For time–
Main Set:
400m run (mod: fast walk)
50 Box Jumps (mod: step ups 25 ea. side)
50 Kettle Bell Swings
50 Sit Ups
50 Weighted Lunges (25 ea. side) (mod: body weight only)
50 Pull-ups (can modify or do pushups)
50 Weighted Squats (mod: body weight only)
50 Slam Balls
50 Burpees (mod: no push up)
400m Run (mod: fast walk)
DONE
