Workout Description:
2,000 meter Bike Erg Time Trial (100%)
Rest 5:00
10x 1,000 meter Bike Erg and try to hold your 1k average pace from the time trial above for as long as you possibly can!
Rest 1:30 between 10x 1k efforts.
