A1: Seated BB overhead shoulder press 1 &1/2reps

LAST SET; rest 10s then perform normal reps – max
Lowering phase: 3s down

A2: Supinates Grip Pull-ups
5set x 5reps

B1: BB Incline Bench press – close grip (triceps)
4set x 10reps
Lowering phase: 2s down

B2: Seated Dow – neutral grip
4set x 10reps

C1: Leaning one arm DB Lateral raises
3set x 12reps
Lowering phase: 2s down
REST TIME: 10s
C2: Seated rope rows – read felt focus
3set x 12reps
Lowering phase: 2s down

D1: Flat bench DB triceps extensions
3set x 12reps

D2: 45* incline DB Curls
