7 Workout Motivation Hacks for When You're Feeling Lazy
Sometimes you just wanna do a whole lotta nothing. But then that just turns into laziness…so my sister Jackelyn and I are gonna talk about 7 REAL things you can do to get out of your rut and GET MOVING! Here are some motivation tricks that work for me:
1. Pack your workout clothes when you pack your lunch.
2. Commit to just 10 minutes of physical activity.
3. Work out while watching TV.
4. Don’t sit and talk…walk and talk!
5. Follow a workout calendar! Sign up for my free newsletter here and I will send you the calendar a few days before the new month starts!
6. Set a workout alarm as a reminder to get moving!
7. Take a group fitness class!
