Hi Guys! So everybody has been asking me lately how to get fit, how to start a fitness routine, how to start eating well, and losing weight, and reaching your fit goals. I know so many of us now has instagram and pinterest and stuff like that which can inspire us to get the perfect body. It takes time to create a routine and change your lifestyle. Unless your super motivated and it’s at the top of your list where you center your world around it…you can’t go from hot to cold. You can’t go from eating poorly and never working out to all of sudden eating super clean and going to the gym 5x a week. It’s not going to realistically last in the long run. So many people make that mistake, saying Starting monday I’m not going to eat sweets, I’m not going to order pizza, I’m going to go to the gym everyday, and what happens? Your starving, exhausted, and go buy yourself a box of oreos and a pizza and milk shake while your at it. I never last beyond the 4th day because I don’t have the will power all because my body is in such shock. Everything is in moderation and I promise you that is the key and first step to getting your dream body losing weight and the body you’ve always wanted super easily.
1. You want to start with your diet. If you start with your diet you will automatically see changes. Cut out or minimize fatty foods, cut out high sugar, juices, and empty calories if that makes sense. If your drinking a soda and glass of apple juice instead of water you are going to be taking all those calories you could’ve used on foods with nutrients. Start drinking a lot of water. As much as you can. 8-12 glasses a day. Sometimes when dehydrated or if you aren’t drinking a lot of water we confuse hunger for thirst. It happens to me all the time.
