I know! A spoonie with a chronic illness that’s talking about using a fitness tracker. Huh?!

For me, using a fitness tracker has helped with 3 areas:

1. Balancing my activity level so I don’t continually overdo and push myself so I don’t have rest time.

2. Reminds me to get up and move so my muscles don’t get too stiff and sore.

3. Monitors my sleep.
