Reunite With Your Core Center | Yoga With Adriene Yoga Playlists

Video

Description

Join me for this 19 minute yoga core practice! You know me. Although there is a focus on the core in this video, this practice is not your typical “get ripped” or “washboard abs” exercise sesh. It’s about consciously returning to and building both muscle and connection at your core center. We do this so that we can deepen and grow our practice, but also to tap into an inner strength that will carry us throughout the day, improving posture and relieving fatigue.

This session will invite you to focus on activating the parts of the body that not only tone but also support stability. Breathe and center yourself at the core to welcome mental and emotional stability as well.

Get ready to lovingly generate some core heat and reunite with your center.

Let’s go!

Let me know how you are feeling in the comment section down below!

Namaste.
