Live Yoga Class with a workshop feel. This is the 2nd half typical of some of my classes. I recorded it impromptu on my iPhone that was lying on the ground next to my mat. The first half of the class was a vinyassa warm-ip. The class theme title “Heal it, don’t fix it” came to mind when I decided to record it. Its about a simple yoga practice to assist with creating a healing space.
