The University Sports Association of the United States (NCAA) has taken the first step to allow all college athletes to charge for sponsorships or image rights. The entity follows the trail of California, which at the end of September announced an identical measure for state athletes, in a clear confrontation with the aforementioned NCAA. Currently, the players of the colleges they participate completely free in exchange for their education in leagues that have huge commercial pull.
