Namaste YouTube friends and fellow yogis,

Welcome back to The Yoga Club!

In this latest video, I will be guiding us through a sequence designed to increase core awareness and ultimately core strength. Through this new alignment we will be able to deepen our experience of ourselves and find a new way to be inside of our bodies. This alignment will not only strengthen us, but it will be foundational in healing the body of pains in the lower back, shoulders and hips as well.

Core awareness and strength is at the foundation of all yoga postures and is pivotal to the mechanics of the human form.
By developing our core awareness and strength on the mat we will be benefiting ourselves off the mat as well.

Throughout this core yoga series, we will also be learning and practicing the other core principles of The Hatha Yoga system, inviting us to find a true balance within our practice.
