Enjoy this 50 minute yoga practice (nourishing Savasana included) to build awareness around stability and balance. Challenge yourself by staying calm and at ease as you move through balancing transitions that will deepen your strength and stability.

This class is set at a moderate pace so you can FEEL the whole way through rather than moving through momentum. This allows us to tap into our deep inner strength and power.

This yoga class is not suitable for beginners.

Your breath is a powerful tool to keep you in the present moment. Pay attention to everything that arises to the surface without attachment. Use your exhalations to burn through and release whatever is no longer of service to you.

Indulge in this practice at YOUR own pace. Slow down and/or take breaks when you need to. Listen to your body and your intuition.
Remember that the Yoga practice is a journey, enjoy and honour where you are at today, as each day is different.
