Hey, O’Mies!!! Have you missed me as much as I’ve missed you?? So glad to be back with a new 60 minute full body grounding flow! This class was created during the month of July while SoCal was experiencing a few days of big earthquakes. I knew my students in the studio needed to be grounded. In this Vinyasa flow, we work the legs, we twist a bit, we find our connection to the ground and we have FUN! Because what’s a Mary class without fun! Get ready to feel safe and secure after this flow. No matter what we may be facing in our day, week, month, we will be able to surrender while on our mat. See you soon, yogis/yoginis! Lots of love!
