Oh My Quad! Yep, here is a fun Core Power flow for you. Who is ready for some good leg work, core stabilizing, and backbends? Me too!! So let’s head over to our mat together and get our yoga on! We will have fun with a flow that was inspired by a fellow yoga teacher of mine, she likes to call the series we do “Tiger” because, well, it makes you feel strong like one! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, look for it in our core section of class. You’ll know it when you see it, well, feel it 😂.
