Core Power Yoga – Yoga with Kerry Core Power Yoga
This challenging core power yoga sequence is intense for the body, creating presence for the mind – leaving you feeling energised and inspired for your day ahead.
This is an intensive and challenging routine and should only be attempted by those whom already have an established asana practice. Should you wish to practice this session on a regular basis watch the magic happen as you develop a strong and stable core.
Anyone recently recovering from surgery, injury or on going health concerns should seek medical advice from a general practitioner before hand. This is also not suitable for pre/post natal or anyone with a lower back concerns.
Have fun and always remember to breath though those challenging sections.
