Go deeper into your power, focus on the way you breathe for super core activation. Feel calm and composed when the practice gets intense. Keep your strength, feel engaged and aware of your body, breath and mind.

In today’s class we radiated true strength and stillness, calmness of mind. We looked at how the inhale and the exhale are followed by a natural pause where our awareness comes to the fore. Breathing from pause to pause will heighten our senses, inner strength and control. In this way we will tap into the intensity of poses by bringing in the power of our sense of presence.

Every one-hour class is followed by a step-by-step explanation of the focus points we covered and how they work together physically, energetically and mentally. I’ll also tell you about why they are relevant both on and off the mat.
