Today is a short but powerful workout. The workout, not including the Yoga stretching is 10 minutes. Who’s in for a quick 10 minute workout? Your fitness level doesn’t matter. Just do you best and give 100%. You don’t have to do what I’m doing. Make sure you warm up and also stretch. I always do modified exercises for those of you that need them.

Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. By doing these exercises you do so at your own risk and assume all associated risk of injury. Please consult your doctor before beginning any fitness program.
