Focus on connecting movement with our breath so we can stay present and reach mind-body connection. Yoga is great to relieve stress and anxiety, and power vinyasa style yoga is excellent for weight loss and strength, stamina and flexibility improvement. All you need is a mat! This is a beginner friendly workout.
