Welcome to class! Today we are working into a hot power fusion, a mix between the Hot 26 poses and a Vinyasa class. This bikram vinyasa fusion class is perfect to come back to time and time again. You will be able to hone your practice and get comfortable coming into more advanced poses. This class is geared more towards a strong beginner and intermediate yogis working into an advanced practice.
