Description

Hi, I’m Kasey!
I’m a world-class problem-solver.
In my twenties I used my two engineering degrees from Stanford to help design multi-billion dollar infrastructure programs across the world. I figured out how to rebrand a Fortune 500 company with 26,000 employees across 52 countries when I was only 26 years, without any prior marketing or branding experience. I also burned out and almost died twice.

That’s why in my thirties, I combined coaching, therapy, and yoga to create my own cocktail for a healthier, more fulfilling definition of success. I turned that cocktail into a coaching program that’s helped hundreds of men and women grow their income, impact, and relationships. And my consulting business has made companies safer, healthier, more profitable, and more sustainable.

Here are five reasons my clients choose to team with me.
1. I BELIEVED IN SANTA UNTIL I WAS 17.
That’s a true fact. I’m a singular optimist and have a remarkable capacity for faith in people. Changing your life is hard and uncertain work. You want someone who has gift for believing in things you can’t see yet.

2. I’M AN ENGINEER WITH WORLD-CLASS TRAINING.
Just because I believed in Santa doesn’t mean I’m stuck in the clouds. I have two environmental engineering degrees from Stanford University and a professional engineering license in the state of California. I studied and practiced environmental engineering and sustainable design before they were cool. The people who delivered the London 2012 Olympic venues and the Panama Canal expansion taught me how to distill behemoth, multi-billion dollar, complex, high-stakes programs into a series of discrete, solvable problems and projects. There is no problem you could ever face that would ever faze me.

3. I’M A PISCES MOON.
That means I’m intuitive and deeply empathetic. My clients frequently describe me as “better than therapy”. I’m not a trained psychologist, but I was born with a natural ability to relate to a wide swath of the human population. I’m an athletic listener. I see you with my eyes, my ears, and my heart. And I’m not afraid to get in the darkest holes with you.

4. I’VE SURVIVED HARD THINGS.
I’m a high-achiever who almost died twice in my twenties. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety. I burnt-out badly. I decided to quit my cushy, six-figure job at the age of 29 to teach yoga for $7.50/hour. I’ve made money. I’ve spent money. I’ve been the epitome of success. And I’ve failed big time. I’ve been an executive of a Fortune 500 company and the CEO of small businesses struggling to get their feet underneath them. I’ve woken up to how extraordinarily privileged all of those hard things I just mentioned are – without diminishing them. I’m owning and dismantling my participation in systems of oppression, including but not limited to, white supremacy and patriarchy—very ungracefully, might I add. I’m working through the ways that I’ve been oppressed and surrendered my power to systems I don’t agree with and am figuring out how to reclaim it. Every day I get just a little bit better at self compassion and forgiveness. I practice yoga, meditation, therapy, coaching, breath work, Reiki, Tarot, Astrology, and sabbaticals. I know that I don’t know most things and I refer out when I’m not the right human for the challenge. And for all of these reasons, I don’t judge my clients.

5. I’M NOT A PERFECTIONIST.
Change doesn’t happen overnight. It also doesn’t happen on the first try. It requires experimentation, courage, and grit. You aren’t going to nail your new or improved life on the first try. That’s okay because that’s not the point. The point is figuring out how to live your best, most fulfilling, impactful, and passionate life. I failed countless times in big ways learning how to do this for myself. I can help you fail smart and without the devastating self-judgment that threatens to sabotage your journey.
