Legs and Butt is a no equipment home workout to shape and tone your legs, butt and hips. You can choose between a low impact or high impact version by adding jumps.

This workout is designed to be short and sweet. Yet effective with time under tension for each exercise of 45 seconds and a maximum of 10 seconds of rest.

This will feature:
► A nice 3D warm up
► Squat lift on toes
► Lunge Back Knee Raise Standing or Jumping (careful with your impact)
► Plank Holds
► Side Lunge Warrior Arms
► Wide Squat Bounces
► You should be all set and finishing with some nice leg stretches
