In this video I am adapting the Westside Barbell Max Effort Method from strength guru louie Simmons for RAW powerlifting. This is a Lower Body workout routine.

Accessory 1: Romanian Deadlifts
Accessory 2: Front Squat
On this day i decided to do Good morning which you will only do for a 3 rep max.
