Mindfulness Challenge- Day 21 (do some yoga!) Core Power Yoga



This is day 21 of our month-long mindfulness challenge. Wednesdays on our calendars are all about moving our bodies. Continue to explore ways you like to move and include yoga as one of the activities you try. Yoga in its simplest form is uniting your body with your breath. No need to be flexible to do yoga. I’ve offered a few beginner classes below (including mine!) in case you don’t have time or can’t find a class to go to locally.
