She teaches Beg-Adv Vinyasa, Bikram, Yin/Restorative, and Yoga Sculpt (A high energy fitness-based yoga sequence with hand-held weights). She also teaches HIIT training at Built Gymnasium in Studio City. She is currently signed with the MTA Fitness Modeling Agency. You can find Shanell instructing her self-made Yoga Fit sequence on the Fabletics app (premiering Winter 2020). Shanell has her Bachelor’s in Wellness and Alternative Medicine. Her career goal is to work in the Health Entertainment industry in an educational position.
