✨ABOUT THIS 60 MINUTES OF YOGA PRANA FLOW CLASS✨ This full hour of Yoga sequence links breath with movement to wake up the energy within you. Bring attention to each breath as you move and quiet the turnings of your mind as you tone and stretch your body. End with some breathing exercises to release into deep relaxation. The sequence is intermediate in level. Listen to your body and never sacrifice smooth, deep, even breathing through the nose.
