Use this yoga exercises at home to relieve strong headache caused by tension in the neck and shoulder pain.

I would especially recommend this exercises if you sit long hrs in front of the computer or at the office, where you do not move a lot.

Be careful when practicing this exercises on your own, and make sure you are familiar with the asanas. If you are not sure what I am doing, then simply skip over to the next exercise.

Good tip is to use little bit of coconut/almond oil infused with few drops of lavender and chamomile oil/ or peppermint and eucalyptus oil.
