Meditation to Alleviate Your Stress

In a chair or in easy seated position, chin in, & chest lifted.

Eyes: Closed eyes & concentrating on your breath.

Mudra: Gyan Mudra or any other comfortable meditative mudras.

Breath: Inhale through the nose in 8 equal strokes.
Exhale through the nose in one deep & powerful stroke.

To End: Inhale deeply & hold the breath 5-10 seconds. Exhale.
Inhale deeply & hold the breath 15-20 seconds & roll your shoulders. Exhale powerfully. Inhale deeply & hold the breath 15-20 seconds & roll the shoulders as fast as you can.
Exhale & Relax.
