Gentle Yoga for All Levels – Seated Poses and Stretches – 30 Minutes
Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – This is a short 30-minute gentle yoga practice of seated poses and floor stretches. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced yoga students can benefit from this slow and mellow class. This can be done on its own or after a strong yoga practice of standing poses. Options and modifications are offered for some of the poses. If you choose to practice with props, you may use a yoga block or blanket. The class ends with a few minutes of Savasana music.
