Mommy and Me Yoga at Home Part 1



Today’s episode has a few yoga postures you can do with your little kiddos at home. Remember to be safe and have fun! You can do the postures as long as you like and can repeat them as much as you like. Have fun practicing yoga as a family, at home 🙂 We had a lot of fun filming this and I know its really difficult to get your exercise on with kids running around the house so…..there will be future episodes to come with more mommy and me yoga.
