Wrist Free Yoga Class (with Core Work) – 40 Minutes



This is a wrist-free & hands-free yoga flow practice with core work, balancing, and strength building for the back and legs. There is no downward dog, plank, or other poses where we put weight on our arms or hands. We start in mountain pose and end with a few minutes of Savasana. There is no music in this class but you will hear a soft background of nature sounds. 🙂

I don’t use any props in the class. However, feel free to modify if you need to. You may use a blanket to pad your knees or a block for support (for poses like triangle, bridge, etc.).
