While I was researching some local yoga studios, I saw that CorePower offers a free week of classes! I couldn’t turn this offer down, and of course I just had to make a video of it. I tried all of the classes that they had to offer at this location which included C1 Level, C2 Level, Hot Power Fusion, Yoga Sculpt, and even a Candlelight Flow. All of the classes were amazing and great for someone who has had some experience with yoga before. It was easy to follow along and move at your own pace. Most importantly, it was a great workout! I would highly recommend trying a free week as well if you have a location near you.
