THIS IS THE PLAYLIST IN ORDER:

Have fun with this 30 day Step & Sculpt Challenge. Transform your body, lose weight, get in shape and have fun while you are working out. Week 1 & 2 are all BEGINNER LEVEL Step Aerobics workouts. Weeks 3 & 4 are Intermediate Level STEP workouts. By week 3 & 4 you should have all the basic moves down and be comfortable on the step bench. If you are not ready for the intermediate level workouts simply go back to weeks 1 & 2 of Beginner step workouts. It is all good! Be sure to take before and after pictures and post on any of the sites below:
