Description
Bikram yoga is a beginner’s class. It is suitable for people who have never tried any form of yoga in the past and for people of all fitness levels.
It will be warm in the room so students are advised to wear comfortable work-out clothes like shorts and a tank top. You will need a mat, a big towel, and a water bottle but these items are also for sale/rent at Bikram Yoga Alabang studio, if you do not have them yet.
New students are encouraged to practice as many times a week as possible to be able to see and feel the benefits of this wonderful healing yoga on your body and in your life.
Children may join the classes. Walk-ins are most welcome.
