Yogi Tribe, welcome to one of my favorite yoga classes to teach + practice.

Core Restore

This 50 minute yoga flow is a combination of working your butt off and doing a hella lot of core work, but then relaxing mega hard to restore your body, mind and soul.

I absolutely LOVE this style of combining a vinyasa based flow with a restorative sequence, it’s truly the best of both worlds!

One important note – I do use props for the restorative part of this video – blocks + a bolster pillow.

Also, I recommend playing some soft, ambient tunes during the restorative portion as we will be holding postures for quite a long time.
