Hi steppers! Here is a 32-count step aerobics combination for fitness instructors who need ideas for teaching a class. This is tapless and self-reversing on a horizontal bench, and can be done with one or two sets of risers. This combo could be used for intermediate or advanced steppers.

The cueing and count should go like this:

L-step with knees (8 counts)
O-step (4 counts)
Knee walk (8 counts)
Kick straddle (4 counts)
Knee switch exit (8 counts)
