KAREN is a great CrossFit Benchmark! One of my favorites. Everyone can do it. It consists of doing 150 Wall Balls as fast as you can.
The pro’s do this workout unbroken. But I’m not one of those. I did, however, improve my own time by about 20 seconds.
After the workout, I share some tips to help you improve your wall balls, and (hopefully) get a better time next time you try this workout.
