In the month of February I consumed the bulk of my calories from POTATOES. This means I ate an all-potato diet for both weight loss and to save money for 28 days. My goal was to spend only a dollar a meal, or $3 a day for myself to eat all month. I ended up spending around $20 a week. I also lost 11 pounds and several inches off my tummy! Here are my potato diet results, potato diet before and after. I think this is a great way to lose belly fat for women. #PotatoGirl
1 medium potato = 110 calories
12 potatoes a day = 1,320 calories a day
5lb bag white potatoes (12 potatoes) = $1.99
Potato Diet Plan: Potatoes (any kind) cooked, baked, mashed or sliced anyway. No oil! No dairy! No meat! No eggs! Spices and steamed veggies allowed. Small amounts of nut milk or vegetable stock allowed. Herbal teas allowed.
