Prenatal Yoga For Beginners – This is a prenatal yoga class. 💪 Download my FULL Prenatal Course 💪 You do not need any prior yoga experience to be able to enjoy this yoga class with me. We are going to stretch relax and we will also do movements that will actually prepare us or strengthen us for labor. — I myself at the moment am around 4 and a half months pregnant if that’s helpful to know as a reference so if you’re much farther along in your pregnancy (second or third trimester), feel free to modify and definitely take it easy as we move through this pregnant yoga class.
